The reason I don't like that, PV, is again it revokes many of the advantages of cloak. If we want to change cloak completely, fine, but then cloaked ships will be just like other ships in terms of strength. I like ship diversity, where one ship has something special, but has a lack of something else...

I think it is safe to say that RandyOrsolo gave the two major concerns. We have solved the first problem. All ideas proposed include this solution. I think we decided that we don't necessarily want to distinguish between planet galaxies and neutral galaxies.

EDIT: but I think Freon has some very good points there.
