Still on my todo list, it's technically just a display bug, forces aren't checked for expiry until someone enters a sector in that galaxy, or views that galaxy on galaxy map (the exact conditions may be slightly different). It's done this way simply to reduce workload but obviously causes some issues with force lists, where it doesn't run the cleanup beforehand.
