Well I don't really have any control over coldfront, but if you post the error it gives then I am more likely to be able to help. Beyond that I know they took down at least one of the servers for a while (the others were still left online though) so it's possible you were trying to connect to the one that was taken down.

i cant connect to irc cold front. i have tried my classic x-chat application as well as mibbit.com and as well as the link provided on the left. it all sends me an error.. what am i doing wrong? i am on a secure college network. do you think that could be it?
