I wasnt getting at anything between armory and cru. I was getting at the older alliances....HoA, DC those alliances that dominated game in game out for rounds upon rounds.

And i'm saying you could get very skewed answers depending on how peopple want to answer that question. if they take the question as the average in a minefield or a fleet battle it could be 1 action every few seconds. Or else if they are csing in a non populated area you could get 3-4 in a secon

This poll is not accurate from the start. It all depends on certain circumstances. Are you in a mine field wiht 30 stacks? in fed with 20 players. refreshing with nobody in sector....it just all depends

umm peng, perhaps im unlucky but ive certainly missed by 5-6 sectors alot. I just dont get why cloak has to be perfect and infallible, none of the other techs have that. IG cant ever fool a scanner or an examine no matter the xp. JD cant jump farther with more xp. I dont know if its current or not ...
