Think this sounds good. Though I do not like the idea of wasting 300mil in mines without a real repercussion of turns as it takes today... that just costs the miner another 300mil This will be an issue if we keep moving the times around. If we get those weird times where only a couple euro players ...

Think we should try one where there isn't planet galaxies... Just have a big ass tunnely neutral w planets strewn throughout... Instead of defining territories, let an alliance define why they can handle...

i still say get rid of it, but yes nerfing it a bit would help make it less "easy" to get a good gun shell out.... same w/ WQSV... why is there a 250/o?? that needs to go way down

seems that Player to Player exp risk/reward can be there, but perhaps with planets it can be stock... for example, if i am adam w/ my 500k DC i know that there is a risk to fighting a 50k EOS... but if i do it ill get a little xp and if i lose ill lost a bunch because of his level... whereas w/ a pl...
