Hi. I have had this problem for the better part of a week now. I am trading and enter a port and my relations will be about 1996 or 1997. I can sell my cargo usually, but then when I go to buy more goods I am refused, which drops my relations 5 to 1992 or so. Then I can trade 5 times no problem, but...

I won't put up any more messages, but someone please advise me how to appeal.
