If you are high lvl you are way less likely to die in a fight, unless you do a PB...
If you are high lvl you can use cloak and get a great advantage on your enemies, there is no reason to give high expers any more advantage than they already get.

I want to nominate myself and Izza for the best all around util players for this game. I doubt anyone ever made lvl 70's as fast as we did this game and we were #1 in mines and CDs bought.

I think newbie games could be good for the game. If I had started off in a vet game when I started SM I doubt I'd have stayed.
Can't really hurt trying it out.

I don't really see any use for this tech... It's not very often you get to be #1 exp and in a cloaked ship without fear of an enemy getting above you in exp.
I think only about 10 players currently playing the game has been in that position.
