My friend plays it religiously.. he convinced me to do the 2week trial and even with his help and vast fortune I couldn't stay it.. it's soooooooooooo dull and so little control over your ships movements.. stay here with us! and save your money..

Eve suuuuuuuuuuucks well for a p2p game anyway.. if it were free then it would be fine.

Maybe more specific Assault ships?! Is there a ship database about?! Or maybe you can set up phases and area damage? i.e. Attack Phase - 2x Turns , Takes damage to the front (higher armor) Defence Phase - 1x Turns , Takes damage to one side (normal armor) and lesser damage to the read (lower armor) ...

Not that much of a problem if another large Alliance can mount an major offensive.. like I say, if those fighting such a strong hold had the imagination it wouldn't be too difficult..

Things only go stale when people stop being imaginative.. Eve is the dullest waste of space on the internet.. but my friend and his Alliance think it's the greatest MMORPG just because they are always things up things to attack and do.

I love the game always have.. just hate the fact it's in rounds.. defeats the object to playing for me

... doesn't give me protection...

Hey.. It's probably been brought up before but any chance of a Perpetual Universe? One that just goes and goes without a winner!? I'm not really in to games which are played by rounds. Kinda like Eve but without the 3d graphics I suppose, new players can still comfortably level up and the uber boys ...
