Re: Frustratingly Disappointing.
One possible help for newbies would be to give the amount of newbie protection turns after you get podded based on rank. newbie = 500 beginner = 300 everyone else = 100 Also give the amount of "startover cash" based on that as well maybe. I think the player base in the newbie is fine. Yes ...

Re: Next Rounds map
As long as Purify had the opportunity to provide the needed information and did not come through, then I would say moving on to 2nd place was a very logical move. The admins made it very clear this was going to be a player submitted map. I can just see if the admins had "finished" Purify's...

Re: Simultaneously Ending Games
I'm glad Drake agrees. There is probably 12-16 actual newbies in the newbie game that play regularly. When it ends where are they gonna go? A main game that is loaded with DC's and FU's and mines? How many of them do we lose if their options are that or nothing for them to play? The training allianc...

Simultaneously Ending Games
The newbie game ends June 1st and the main game ends June 14th. How about we bring the ends of these games together? 1st, 7th, 14th, whatever, but wouldn't it be wise to have these end at the same time? Newbies playing in the current newbie game will be left to linger for 2 weeks waiting for the new...

Re: need to break this trend
Lots of guys I miss from the old days. Creel, Nighthawk, Chadster, Imhotep, Shady, Freak, Ozy, Mike, Cat, DaPlayaFA, Izzy, Candarius, and I wish I could remember more because I know there was alot more back in the day that are missed. A few of these guys were alliance mates but others were adversari...

Please do. I've only played a few weeks per game and the stats are hardly worth looking at. It amazes me though that some of the loudest voices calling for my head were the same guys caught with multi's and let off with absolutely zero punishment. No I'm not calling out Spock on this. I have no prob...

Well, I've been mediocre in both and I would say it used to be much harder to trade. It was much harder to be good at trading. It was harder to find routes. It was alot more dangerous. Of course, with pack hunting today it is more common to get one-shot podded.

The game isn't over yet. Armada hasn't built up their defenses to hide the entire game. They'll get their trading and kills in before the game is over.
