IN the Baldur's Gate II game, the lich was suppossed to have a total of a little under 200 hundred hitpoints or something... I used summoned creatures initially to have it waste all of it's spells, told my party to attack it (party kept doing an average of 590 points of damage every 2 minutes or so)...
