maybe you could restrict it a bit more. and allthough you coumd make a warp next to a UNO, a warp is still 5 turns to pass, and 5 turns to go back. So if its worth gettign a warp for an op, that uno must be a big distance away. A pgal also should have more warps then + the whole idea of adding perso...

I have been thinking about putting in negatives as well. And i understand the concern about starblocker. Blocking your way to another gal making you walk the whole routearound can be quite painfull. So lately i was thinking of features that would really be cool to have and i have quite a few and as far as I know, i haven't seen these around. TBH thats the tricky part. My lack of experience makes it hard for me to say how far/close the UNO's need to be located.
