I'm not sure what # newsie this is or what round we're on, lol, but here's my first draft. Please feel free to make comments/edits. Hopefully we can get this out by tomorrow the latest. Dear Player, THE GREAT DIVERGENCE IS COMING!!! The most recent draft round has come to a close; the wormholes have...

Re: Draft Map 3

Re: Discouraging tit for tat planet turnovers and opign from
Planet benefits are a good idea. Removing fed would severely hurt noobs. Moving fed further from planets would discourage fed opping, but would also cost you more if you get podded during an op. I have several more thoughts on this topic but I need to sleep first.

Re: King of the Hill
Thanks Astax. I was trying to incorporate your ideas, but I think we need to ease them in. I don't know what planet sizes are set to currently, but I hope it's not still 20 gens, 100 hangs, 10 turrets. Large enough teams should be able to bust those relatively easily.

Re: King of the Hill
Upon reevaluation, I've decided to reduce the outer planets and upgrade them to normal size. They should all now be sufficiently defensible and provide a nice launching point of attack on the center. Revised map posted. Take a look.

Re: King of the Hill
Part of the concept is that you have to hold your own rocks in your quadrant to have a crack at the big ones. They serve as excellent staging grounds for an assault. I will add additional walling to make them more defensible, but I want there to only be 4 major planets in the game and I want teams t...

King of the Hill
I know you all missed me and my crazy ideas that you love to hate publicly but secretly love to love. This is still a concept right now, but I'm proposing a nice change next round with a king of the hill idea. Take a look below. There will only be 4 regular type planets in the middle surrounding 1 L...
