Well, since sheilds destroy as many mines as weapons do, reducing weapon damage wouldnt deter anyone dedicated to clear into 1000+ SC repairs. I think we gotta make it a combination of more mines hitting and more damage done. Once you get above 600 or 700 repairs a 50 stack should have the chance of...

I like the idea of making it so the mines do more damage or something as the repairs go up, weapon damage just isnt enough of a deterrent to prevent people from clearing into they're 20th repair

Your effectiveness at alot of things is now based on how many repairs you've made (ie trading, damage you do etc) However no matter how many times you repair you can keep crashing your sheilds into mines. I'm in favor of a gadget that gives ikky drones more defence, maybe 1.5x or even just a ikky only cd code, whichever is easier to code. We were discussing changing the way upgrades are affected both at removal and when you die. One option was instead of just being one point removal per 24hr term it would be a percentage.
