Even though the scout mask applies to all players, I think it is not fair to traders. Traders protect themselves by knowing who scouted their route and by checking the cpl for that player. I think it took about 36 hours for a PSF to go from 0 to 600 turns depending on the speed of the game. But I'm not sure you can make a fair comparison to the old SM(R) because things are so much different now -- the SC and repair system lets people trade longer than 600 turns would ever last , and y...

The whole purpose of treaties is for two separate alliance with one mutual goal to join forces to achieve their goal. There fore the alliances should be kept separate. You should never be allowed to access an allies alliance account, if they are going to help you with funds do via a shared account....
