oh.... now this is an idea.... (which most will hate...) Move the AA to the Alliance HQ makes it that much more important to keep. Just a thought. That would be cool. Make it so that when a teams HQ is destroyed, those players can no longer move or something and the team that destroyed the HQ gets ...

What about a capture the flag style game, both sides have a planet with 100 goods on it. Every ship in the game is dropped to 1 cargo hold. A mine gives 20 damage points. If you are in a Fed ship you take half the damage, thats 10 damage points per mine. Thats is what it was unless it has been changed. Yes, they can keep more drones, but isn't that one of the advantages of being ikky? I am all for increasing cds to have a higher offensive rating: this doesn't influence the balance of the game in any way (MS will show as 22/21, but will still do the same amount of damage), except for the fedding. ...

Seems kind of unfair for fleet combat when you are offline. If it was implemented, it should only be active if you are online.

I think such a large neutral was a bit of a hindrance to alliance vs alliance interaction. Ostia was 32x23 sectors, leaving a lot of turn-wasting space. This will always happen whenever the racial galaxies are small. There isn't much that can be done for it except maybe reducing the number of fed sectors.
