If you do max mines for an alliance, make it also dependent on the players. IE, an alliance can save (as a example figure) have 30,000 total mines (not counting CDs or SDs). I concur with Edge in that having scouts available at HQ if you have less than 5 kills in something that should definitely come back in 1.6, so if anything, it's easier for traders to get the invisible scouts than the hunters. Make scouts visible in all racials. Make scouts next to any location (1 sector adjacent only) also visible due to "radiation interference". Make 2 types of scouts, the normal ones that are cheap that are always visible used for minefields and trading. Make the other invisible ones much mor...

One other thing that everyone seems to be forgetting... The HHG is the best weapon in the game. Nuke, well that can be substituted for a CBD no probs, but trying to get bang for your buck on shield damage, HHG just cant be equaled. Quick Idea: Yes - Increase searches. Counterbalance: You only lose alignment if you have evil goods, and you only gain alignment if you have fed goods on you. Neutral goods get you nothing.
