Next game when lurking is back you wont always be able to tell when a hunter is playing or not, they'll be able to hide off of the CPL but still read scout messages.

Attackers and defenders actually all fire at the same time, atleast that was how it was in SM. This means even if you destroy someone they still fire back that round, potential killing you as well, the dreaded double kill.
