Maybe a new system could be used.. instead of 2 groups, ie italics and vets, we could add a 3rd, avg, or middle. Then use percentages of the players to figure out how many of what can go where? 5 italics 15 middle or avg 5 experts numbers are examples, would need to figure out how many of each rank...

There use to be newbie/beginner only racials, but when the player base dropped these were removed (for good reason). Now that more people are out of newbie status, it might be worth it to bring them back.

I think it is a great idea. Let's also make the planet galaxies have the name of the alliance that holds them.
