do newbie leaders start with full maps? To get the leader we can get a Pool where the players vote for the one´s that
want to take a leader role. the top 10 voted get a leader Spot.

i really don´t like the map, getting out of some Racials is going to be Hard!!
i liked the schema of this ending game, a map like this one but a much smaller could be more fun.

hum About Leader we could make a pool to vote for like 8 leaders or more.
