As you probably noiticed, the wb was down this weekend. Unfortunately the same problem affected the helldesk(that's the place where we handle your emails). This has probably resulted in us not receiving some of the emails you sent. So if you sent us anything during the past few days and still haven't received any reply or anything else that indicates that we received your message, please resend it.
On a different note, I would like to ask everyone who sends account related questions via email to write your login name.
