Current Name Changing Policy

Name Changing:
- Allowable only in the following situations:
* Before the initial 48 hours after joining a game are up, to fix spelling or theme names for an alliance.
* The name is in violation of the rules.
* Names that go with an alliance theme are not changeable after leaving the alliance and the initial 48 hours are up.
* Joining a themed alliance after the initial 48 hours are up does not warrent a name change.
