When you go to a bar or HQ you are given a choice to accept a mission.To kill a player (must be a certain rank so newbies are not killed) and you get a reward of cash or exp?
Player can not be in your alliance either for obvious reasons, the higher the rank the better the prize.

Random generator of the mission too so it would not be a regular thing given out, once completed you get a bigger bolder news flash, maybe even added to the galactic post.

Could also be added to the stats/rankings?

Yeah, would also be cool if there were some kind of quests with decent rewards. Like do X get Y where Y is turns and/or money or a refresh of a galaxy map (not planet galaxies).
