Detailed Scan

What about adding a Detailed scan option, something that is on a timer(x seconds) like the refresh all, but it will allow you to see through IG and cloak as well as determine the owner of mines. IT WILL NOT ALLOW FOR A TRIGGER on a cloaked ship, just let you see it. It should also be considered an offensive move and thus not allowed while fedded. I dont think this would be a game changer but i could see it being useful, especially if its coupled with removing the ability to discover the owner of forces by any other means. Would be cool to give folks the option of risking finding out whos scout it is, or just blowing it up and hoping they are not online.
