Perpetual Universe

Hey.. It's probably been brought up before but any chance of a Perpetual Universe?
One that just goes and goes without a winner!? I'm not really in to games which are played by rounds.

Kinda like Eve but without the 3d graphics I suppose, new players can still comfortably level up and the uber boys and gals can fight for space and planets.. but it's never ending!!
