Make all warbirds (NOT including fu, and dc) cost 5 turns to attack any other player/ship.

fu's and dc's shouldnt because they are concidered a hunter from low defense.

i think we should do this, because warbirds are being used as hunters constantly. this would make people use there racial hunters more, for hunting instead of a warbird.

So you're limiting warbirds from doing what they do best? Killing stuff? No thanks.

they would not be limited to killing!

they can still attack. they can still fire on players.

people would just have to be more conservative with turns..

war birds are meant to go against ports and planets. there big ships. with big weapons and shoudl take more power(turns) to fire!

They aren't being used as hunters, Warbirds dont' have scouts. Its difficult to kill traders in Warbirds. They are using for fleet battles and fighting against other Warbirds. There is no point in upping the amount of turns it takes to attack other ships, specially since Warbirds probably fire on each other more thana hunter would on a trader.

No, most warbirds are limited in that they have low turn rates (that's what's cool about the TAC, etc) Imagine a dev that had to take 5 turn shots. You'd never be able to do anything you'd constantly be out of turns. You can't double limit some of those most used ships in the game.
