NEWS FLASH: KAOS TRYS TO BREAK INTO THE FORSAKEN SPACE AND FAILS

In a probing strike earlier this week, 4 KAOS members in warbirds tried to force their way past the recently deployed Forsaken mines. After clearing one sector and starting on another one of the birds was struck by mechanical difficulites and forced withdraw. However, while in inital push was a success, striking down 2 Forsaken pilots, The Forsaken still had ships on the prowl. Yet the KAOS birds continued their clearing efforts, only to be jumped by 4 of the Forsaken defenders, and were quickly despatched. Is this probe merely a prelude to what is to come?

Forsaken Pirates Raid Mirardojan! Innocent Civilians Slaughtered After Local Fleet Smashed.

In a grueling, drawn out assault yesterday, a Forsaken fleet of thieves and murderers swooped down on the defenses of the ignorant Dawnrazor civilians settled in the Mirardojan galaxy. While initial scouting efforts by Forsaken warships piloted by ARES and Flyboy alerted the Dawnrazors, little was done in preparation of evacuation efforts. Forsaken Ultimatums soon followed the early scouts into Yber, cutting a swath from the UNO there to DR’s very doorstep. As the worn but determined vanguard of the Forsaken assault force broke thru to the entrance of the peaceful Mirardojan, long range scanners indicated the arrival of a grim, yet brave gathering of Dawnrazor vessels bent on keeping the pirate horde out. A motley fleet of Federal Vessels, light warships, and two super-planetary class freighters attempted to stand guard at Mirar’s gate, but, with reinforcements arriving, the Forsaken fleet crossed over. The ensuing battle was short and bloody, as 6 DR merchants died to the superior TF numbers, dragging but 1 down with them. Over the next several hours, Forsaken warships battered mine emplacements and planetary defenses throughout Mirardojan, slaughtering Trekkie121, the Dawnrazor President, and even an unarmed newbie. This decisive blow vs DR was obviously grave, yet how crippling?

Federal Forces Engage TF Pimping Ring

Yesterday, at 2200 hours, standard time, a federal task force, acting on a tip off, conducted an organised operation against the evil TF forces. As the fleet arrived for it's operation it became clear that the TF leaders, implicated in gun running, narcotics supply, pimping, and murder had left the scene. The federal agents followed the evidence chain to an undisclosed location, where a firefight ensued and several brave, gallant agents were slain. The forces then disengaged, amid fears that the evil band of pirates may use tactical nuclear weapons. Federal sources stated that further action can be expected although no further details were given.
