Galaxy Wars

As the galaxies are filled with many traders’ hunters and scouts the battle begins over who gets the planets and who is left in the dust. As your scouts gear up there little fast ships to go exploring u have the traders making that cash. The player Canff seemed to find a quick can of whoop ass and takes out a few traders and an unexpected hunter. As the rest of the people venture into the universe claiming planets and getting them ready for the big planet busts that might come at any time. Mining is becoming an option as the alliance pull in the money. Who will get the get the best galaxies and who will be left with a very unprotected galaxy, these next few weeks will reveal that answer. Just always remember to be ready cause you never know who might be behind you and who might be draining your route:-D.

Bye Bye Newbie Turns

Many traders have been trading vigorously since day 1 of this game. Trading means turns. Turns means goood bye newbie turns. Us at the post forsee a mass amount of killing going around due to alot of traders losing their newbie protection that was granted to all traders entering this universe. We will ttry to keep you posted on the latest news.

The contenders

Last vet game saw the rise and fall of several alliances. TF rose to the top but due to internal conflict HoA was "reborn." TE was another alliance that rose towards the end of the game from the ashes of some fallen alliances. the CM were able to hold it together as an alliance until the end of the game by keeping activity up as opposed to their allies TDR. CM fell apart the vet game once the leader and founder, Thorfin, had to step down as the leader. Now the CM and TDR forces have become mixed in the alliances. What can we expect from all of this skill being implemented into the different alliances? Well it is this writers opinion that we can expect a great show, but only time will tell. Until next time, I hope to see some PBs going on!!!

Gangsters put contract on Fed Hero

Life at the top of the rankings table may be glamorous - but it's not very safe. This is the sad truth that Canff, leader of the Shadow alliance, has had to face. After scoring 4 kills in the last few days, Canff has claimed pole position in the rankings. This feat has however also earned him the loathing of the underground community. While sending dope-peddlers racing towards HQ in shiny pods may lead to praise in Federation Headquarters, it has also caused some less desirable attention from the Western Gangsters and Bandits General Union (Also know as "We-GangBanG-U"). In an emergency session the Union voted to put a contract out on the public menace. This has had the desired effect of sending bounty hunters from all galaxies dashing towards the nearest launchpad. The Unions meeting took only 15 minutes, but a spokesperson fiercly denied allegations, that this was due to fear that Canff might stumble upon their hideout. "The Boardmembers weren't scared - uh, they were just really busy that day", the spokesperson yelled at this GP reporter, as he ran towards his Interstellar Trader. He then proceeded to jump to the nearest Federation Beacon... The only thing he left behind was a crumbled note with the message: "The Underground is offering a bounty on canff worth 9.864.575 credits." The question is now, whether Canff will be able to keep up his winning streak, or if he's about to improve his ranking on the "Trader Deaths" table...

Merchant Guild to Reduce Prices

Rumors abound throughout the known universe and speculation runs rampant regarding the guilds closed door meetings on goods pricing. Recent developments suggest that profit margins will shrink dramatically in the near future. Federation authorities refuse to comment on these developments however one government source speaking on the condition of anonymity had this to say. “The governments position has always been and will remain one of non-interference in guild matters. Any supposition that we will subsidize private trader is ludicrous!” Chief Economist for the Alskant Bankers Guild, Dirvis Fentle (No relation to the scourge of the spaceways.) has announced that should merchants choose to reduce prices and place fewer credits in guild banks, then “They can just forget about any damn interest!” Creonti odds makers are taking “how low will they go” bets on Cretos V and big money is in the 50% reduction area. Gather while the gathering is good fellow traders a bear market is upon us.
