I just wanted to recognize Ardbeg for his contributions to SMR.

His history in the game is nearly unrivalled. His work in the NHL has been often overlooked. His commitment to game mechanics and balance, his positive work on the Committee, and and his drive to keep players honest in the face of a backlash of criticism is worthy of note.

You are a class act, Ardbeg. Well done.

I have to concur, I agreed with Ard's suggestions 95% of the time... so that made him 95% correct

Will be missed, as he always looked out for the new guys in any potential game change...

Well done Ardbeg. You are one of the people within the SMR community that I truly respect, and you earned every bit of that. You are a moral compass that I wish more of the "leaders" within the SMR community were like.
