It was the maps from the start that speeds up a game and makes it very quickly stale, and everyone agreed on that fact pretty much.

Just a note. There are actually three Human HQ....so far.

Ports in fed are due to 2 feds being generated (IE, Fed 1 was put in, then Ports then Fed 2 was put in - The fed check is done by the ports, not fed as fed gets put in first). This is my fault when I was generating the map, I had to reload cause I got disconnected. When I relaunched the map generator, it must have re-did the fed again, which it shouldn't have.

At this point, however unfortunate, it'd be easier to scrap the map and start over, instead of fixing it.

Much as I hate to, I have to agree. I don't know about the others, but Human has a level 8 port in Fed. It would be possible to never leave Fed except to go to the bank....lol.
