Americans like most countries drive on the RIGHT side of the road, having the steering wheel on the LEFT side of the car.
Ofc, in UK it's all mirrored...
And... pretty much all former UK colonies drive on the left side.

I got really confused when I saw the steering wheel on the wrong side. i thought to myself, "Self, what in the heck would possess someone to buy a car with the steering wheel on the wrong side of the road?"
