Edge I only mentioned it as a counter to this issue, personally I don't have a stake either way of whether or not the capability of double pods come back.

I think it might have to do with your connection/ability to fire faster then how brave and ''daring'' you are..

Yesterday Siege and I were uno fighting ACD, I don't mind him not dying a person who is a fast uno-er won't.

But I do mind this. Mind you, we were all around the same lvl.

I have ran this code, well I redid wrote it in C# and ran it. It seem to work very good, I am not sure if php uses the server time at salt or not. This may have something to do with it.

For those of you who doesn't know what the code is doing heres a how it works. It takes the weapon base accuracy and adds it to your level. So take a weapon with an accuracy of 35 and if your level is 35 that give you a total of 70. If the player you are attacking is level 20 and you times that by .5 you get 10 then take that away from 70 and now your weapon has an accuracy of 60. The next line just does two random from 0 to 100 so if the first random returns 45 and the next random returns 60 you have a total of 105 times that by .5 for a total of 52.5

35 + 35 - (20 * .5 ) = 60

(45 + 60) = 105 * .5 = 52.5

since 60 is larger then 52.5 this weapon has hit its target.
Freon, assuming this code hasn't been changed.. would it not help solve the problem a bit if we added more levels.. made 500k level 100 instead of 50..would add a great level difference between levels and by extension reduce the weight of the random #'s in the situation.. might be easier then just reworking the entire code..

First 4 shots against a lvl 19 PSF with me as trigger at level 33.. took me 7 shots to kill him.
The WQSV hit 12.5% of the time with the base being 38%, Photon hit 50% with base being 44%, Nuke hit 50% with base being 35%.
Not exactly unreasonable numbers, yes the WQSV is somewhat low but the problem is that this is a sample of just 4 shots as Edge says.

Again these numbers aren't all that unreasonable, most weapons hit slightly more than their base (which I'd expect), some hit a lot more but the TL failed to hit at all. However at the end of the day the numbers used to compare against the accuracy are random and unless you have an accuracy of 100% or 0% there is always the possibility of hitting or missing all weapons.

Other than the fact I fixed a few things then yes it is essentially yours, didn't see a point in recreating the work :P
