SMR Meet US - Winter 2011

To coincide with the idea of an SMR meet in the UK, I'd like to see if anyone here US-side is interested in doing the same. I've not heard as many enthusiastic replies about the idea, but if we get enough, I'd love to done. Same ideas apply...if you're interested in doing one, reply to this thread, and help us plan by answering the following questions:

1) What city should it be held in? I am thinking the midwest may be the best option, as we seem to have quite a few players concentrated here. We'll see what the spread of interested players is like though, and work from there.
2) What day/time should it be held? I'll again mention that any day between December 10th through January 6th is preferable, but if its close enough to me, things get much more flexible.
3) Where should it be held? Once we know what city its in, the key is finding a nice place to meet up. This will of course depend somewhat on the number of people who plan to attend, and also quite dependent on what we determine for city location, but generally speaking the default is a good bar/restaurant.

So wait, you *would* come to a SMR meet in the US if it were where, exactly?

Its a possibility but really has to be within 4 hours of Ottawa. Might be able to make a weekend trip out of it, but as the family would be along for the ride wouldnt want another. Really this would be better planned in the late spring when we are not getting those freak winter storms.
