I like the quadrant aspect of the main neutral. It makes it feel much more territorial (which I like).

Big grouping of key items (HHG, Nuke, PPL, etc) is an interesting idea too. Makes for a nice hunting ground if people decide to log off in fed.

I'm undecided about the neutrals behind the planet gals, need to see what is in them and such before I decide too much on that.

I agree with JJ (As rarely as that happens ;) ) that it is still pretty early to get a really good read, but so far I like the change up from previous maps.

I liked the map, I felt it allowed for a lot of different strategies and allow smaller alliances to have some fun, too. That opinion has not changed.

I have noticed more activity (and not just because of the trade bots), which is crucial in this game. We'll see how it plays out.

My race has decent enough routes, so I guess that makes a good map? :P

In honesty haven't really explored/used the rest of the map to make any judgement on it beyond that, it's interesting being able to easily wrap around by going left or right in Salvene and it also makes the furthest points of the galaxy further way from fed than in a square galaxy.

I think it's fun, especially the crap load of npc mines and planets. I had someone get stuck and we had to clear 3 sectors the other day. that was good times lol
