Non Combat planet buildings

Something along the lines of a building that does something overtime on a planet. Idea is that we want to promote playing some races in order to build these buildings. Also it would be required to make a trip to start the building at some early point of the game to get maximum benefit.

Example:
Drone Assembly:
Creates one Drone every 3 minutes (until maximum capacity)
Race required to build: (Pick a :D race)
Cost: $ 2,000,000 200 Wood 200 Food 100 Machinery
Experience: 2000
Build Time: 1 Hour
Limit per planet 1

Space Farms:
Creates one Food every 1 minute (until maximum capacity)
Race required to build: (Pick a :D race)
Cost: $ 1,000,000 100 Wood 100 Ore
Experience: 1000
Build Time: 1 Hour
Limit per planet 1

Stock Exchange:
Increase bonding yield by 5%
Race required to build: (Pick a :D race)
Cost: $ 10,000,000 200 Lux 200 Narcs 200 Slaves (Sex-slave parties :/ )
Experience: 3000
Build Time: 4 Hour
Limit per planet 1

Additional building idea:

Turn Bank:
For every {5/7/10} turns gained on a planet by any player, an additional turn is placed in the bank. These turns can be withdrawn by any player.
Race required to build: Any
Cost: $ 10,000,000 200 Lux 200 Narcs 200 Computers 200 Electronics
Experience: 5000
Build Time: 4 Hour
