Draft Game

I heard talks of a draft-game, like where everyone makes a character, and then there are a few alliance leaders, and they draft the players they want. Lets do that

People who want to be leaders should apply, then they should be randomly chosen out of those that apply or the rest of the players should vote which ones should be allowed to be leaders, that way it is more fair as to who gets to be leader..
