wow. i am confused. is it possible i agree and i dont have anything to add? /me is maiby ill
anyways, game is fun, yes it is, only thing is that it is boring when u can not see more then 10 ppls online. i played few online games and smr is simple best. no other game can actually compare with it. smr is only game u really can live. and how is it possible that other games has 10 times larger player base. i just want to log in and see 100 ppls online. then i will have fun whatever i am doing and i will be happy with 2 hours of playing. this way i can wait 10 hours and nohting will happen. it wasnt that way earlier. i remember newbie games were more active and interesting. so do something and get us new players.

I totally agree, the game is still fun to play, just need more people to play against and changes in gameplay will do nothing for that.

Well currently there is a load of factors, admin side and playing side that makes it so players quit.. we gotta fix that

More players = fun game.

I enjoy getting my butt kicked, but when it's the same people doing it it gets stale.

In terms of features...I think fixing what's wrong (easier said then done) would make it fine. Maybe a bit more weapons variety, but that's the kind of thing that evolves on its own.

Oh yeah, and turns for voting. Not many, but just to give people an incentive to vote.

Ok here we go!! lol my great idea..i think SMR should have a mini casino with like texas hold-em and blackjack where u can acutally wager more then like 10k...yes i understand it would be hell to code and lots of testing but i think this would give players something to do while they are waiting for turns..

Agreement....Turns for voting yes!!! the best feature smr have ever had was the 5 turns for voting each week...you don't even understand how many times that 5 turns has saved my ass lol..

here comes my stupid ideas..

Stupid Idea #1..Ejection Seat...point of this would be u could hit it if u were about to die and u would lose money/ship and either little exp loss or a little bit exp loss..have it like 2-3 screens to get it so it makes it a little fiar :) and have it cost like 30 mil to install or soemthing

Stupid Idea #2..Fed Jump!..this feature would be for traders that would cost like 20-50 mil and what it would do is if u were under attack or stuck in open space with no turns u could hit it and it would send you to HQ safely...and it would be like only 1 use per time meaning after u use it u have to go out and spend another 20-50 mil for another one :)

Stupid Idea #4..Super Scan..this feature would allow you to see the entire next sector instead of just a # scan...i wouldd suggest maybe certain ships have it or hell u could make a whole race outta this ;-)

Yesss they are stupid ideas maybe even good ideas so don't flame this saying GOD DEMON UR A IDOTIT EWUTEWOYHW98HT306HTEW0 stuff like that just flame it saying not a good idea or soemthing and a reason lol

Stoy, I agree with your point of view, a large combination of factors are all contributing to the games decay. More players would be good, but realistically our current style of play isnt compatable with more players. I personally think that with the coming of SMR2 we have an opertunity to add some new features, keep the spirit of the game intact, but bring it into modern times, and then start a heavy campaign to gather new players

I disagree.

SMR in its current form CAN support new players, we just need to get some in.

How? Any newbies that try anything get squished. If a vet alliance cant compete with the others, they go after newbies. Even vet alliances are having a hard time competing. The drive to win has gotten so strong that its all about the most active players and alliances, its high stress and its driving people to quit, newbies and vets alike. If you want to keep the game in its present form, you wont have a game for much longer
