I would ask a fleet or two alliances merge together and hit one of FI's landers, 4248 our main planet has 27k Shields and 4k drones.. We have nearly if not more then 50 billion in cash and 3 landers that I suspect are unbustable by any one alliance.

actually, 4248 is a completely built lander. therefor, it has 32k shields and 4k drones.
