well first off thats not the Underground HQ, but rather the Underground Weapons location, secondly there is only 1 Underground HQ at 1632... there arent any more

i wish admin would inter grade more then one ug or like a branch office of the ug like a ship chop shop were u could join the UG resistence of feds

FYI, SMR has a locations site... it's at http://coyote.dyndns.org
create a user and look for the locations you need

these are put in by other SMR players, and may not be 100% correct, but generally larger things, like the UG, is right
