No. All you have to do is register. This tourney is a "freeroll" meaning you have a chance to win some sort of prize (in this case $) at absolutely no cost to you.

well i was able to connect when i first downloaded the program a month ago...but now i cant...probably my school upgraded their stupid port blocking etc, i tried the tunnel i use and it doesnt help
