I have 4 day weeks so Friday Afternoon-Evenings (like 3:30 EST - 7:30 EST) would be awesome.

Friday night is good, pretty much any night after 6 other than monday. We both work weekends is the problem.

6 eastern time on a friday is what midnight in Europe? thats not too bad on a friday night.
