Good Console Baseball game?

Anyone have any good recommendations for a good xbox baseball game this year? The biggest thing im looking for in a game is in-depth stat tracking, and a franchise/career mode style. I'd prefer a title that tracks career stats. The game dosnt have to be 2006 title can. can be from a previous year.

Tracking stats from previous years is very IMPORTANT!

any recomendations?
