Testing: Beta errors

The undefined index isn't a problem (it shows up because I have error reporting turned to max on beta because it can be useful in finding some bugs - live has it set to a minimum)
Trading relations/bargaining seem to have been working as they should.
Galaxy map shouldn't have those header errors at the top (damn new line at the top of a file :( )
Galaxy/local should now display warp/breadcrumbs
Council error should be fixed.

Goods showing at the top still needs fixing.
Spartan/Persians I don't really know - they came with the data I was able to recover.

Found another error? In Local Map and Galaxy Map where ever there is a warp it also show another warp 1997 that is not there.
