Universe (Location errors)
You may notice some odd things around the universe (mainly with locations) as I modify some location id stuff, eventually I will kick everyone out of the game and you will have to join the new universe so we can test joining games and other fun stuff like that.

Locations have just been finished (1200 line PHP database of boring repetitive work)! Now I need to create a new gal and tinker with that script a little, then we can have everyone test joining, then we should be able to get to some real scripts.

Universe Creation Script should be finalized. Tomorrow I'll finish up the join game script.
New features in the universe:
Galaxies can be any size (5x10, 10x5, 1x100, etc)
Multiple HQs: There can be more than 1 races HQ in a galaxy, or there can be more than 1 HQ per race. The player will randomly start at one of the HQs if there are more than 1.
Connections: Sector connections are more customizable. This should make more interesting galaxy sector connection combinations. Some gals can be completely open while others can be very mazey (is that a word?)
Fixable: Any admin can now add missing locs, remove locs that don't belong, etc. There is no longer any need to wait for someone with database access.
Many more new customization and ease of use upgrades that no one here really cares about since you guys never use it
Due to my lack of wanting to spend time making a new universe, the testing universe will be capped at 2100 sectors for a while.
