ya he put in a time limit on pages works good...

How did you get the error? (From the debug info it looks like you either hit refresh 5 times, or you hit the back button 5 times and then tried a link)

If it was by hitting the refresh button over and over then you should get an error.

If it was hitting the back button excessively you should also get an error. (Using the back button still works, but it has a limit on how many times you can use it based on the link you click)

If it was an otherwise acceptable click let me know how you got it.
