Just noticed a couple things on planets...
First some newb in my alliance started a research lab where they shouldn't have and now we cant cancel the damn thing...
Research levels aren't correct...
After the first level of research it says "Build More Advanced Labs" however you should be able to have 3 levels researched, with 2 more after advanced labs (at least for the first 5 techs and advanced economics). The other techs have a max level of 3 and require an advanced lab before they can be started.
