I would agree with you but for one thing. It puts it back to the biggest, most exper alliance will always win. Treaties gives the small alliances a chance to complete with the larger, more exper alliances. The idea here and this is my opinion is to allow the small alliances treaty types in a fair way.

I like the idea of limiting type of NAPs based on number of members, I like the idea, and unfortunately I agree with that remark Freon made, that we can't count on people to play in a certain desired way.

P.S. why am I again allowed to post here?
