It will work by a different mechanism so the effect will be a lot less drastic for the same value (it will probably be equivalent to half the effect for the same value as before).
Will of course need testing once put in place and I'll let everyone know once it is in (may be one of the later things as the combat code is very long, and quite messy I believe).
