NMVs in SEMI-wars

People are getting NMVs as a starting ship when the game is called SEMI-wars. Everyone is suppose to start with a semi regardless of their rank.

Not sure I've ever actually played a semi wars without NMV's :P
I changed it so everyone is counted as a vet within the Semi Wars game, but apparently joining uses the Default game code not the special bit for Semi Wars, either way there shouldn't be many NMV's and at worst it's a 1 shot ship as they won't be counted as a newbie when they die.

A note on this, I have switched all NMV's to GS and been checking now and then for people who have joined and got an NMV but cannot fix the source of this until I get home.

I have also fixed the source of it since my last post
