death - cpl

when someone is logged off and when they die they normally pop on cpl. as of right now its not working.

Unicode Characters
All areas of the game should now support unicode characters, allowing you to use characters like Å¡Ä‘Äćž.
Dying
When a player dies they will no longer have their last CPL action updated, meaning that killing an offline player will not cause them to appear on the CPL.
