Trading XP and Money calculations

I tried to browse the board for this, but hey, I'm a newbie so I might've just missed it. If so, please redirect me and then delete :)

I was reading the discussion on downgrading the amount of money available. What changes eventually got made? From just running around, it seems like money was capped at 5x and some type of % degradation was also added. Does anyone have the exact figures?

Huh? Say what? what do you mean by degradation? or however you say it
If there are any other worlds out there, than our world is just something smaller of something much bigger!

Sorry for the late reply shin, but as far as I know and have seen on this board, the money was not changed in any way. Only speculation and suggestions so far.
